CSIA Level 3, CSCF PL and Coach Developer
 
Joey Lynn is a school teacher in NB.  When she is not skiing or teaching, she spends time with my family.  Joey Lynn enjoys being outside and participating in most sports and considers herself a lifelong learner so she will not say that she is finished school just yet...
 
Joey Lynn has been skiing since I was 9 years old, so a “few” years.
 
Coaching for 20+ years, Joey Lynn started coaching in Ontario after she finished racing, and then coached for a number of years in AB before moving to the east coast.
 
What she likes about coaching... “I enjoy working with athletes and coaches who want to be better and improve their skiing skills, hard work pays off.”  Her coaching goals include building good humans as well as ski racers.
 
Fave skiing memory:  A family vacation to Silver Star, BC during which I completed my CSIA Level 2.
 
Joey’s current favorite ski racing story is the Norwegian Men's Ski Team, who share everything and believe that togetherness is part of their success story.  They are the real deal, the way you treat other humans impacts your life, on and off snow.
 
Advice to parents and racers –
 
it is your choice... on or off snow remember that the mark you leave will have more impact by the way you treat other human beings.
