WSRC Race Updates and a Big Thank You!
2023-02-17Hello WSRC Families
On behalf of the Board, we wanted to send a special thank you to all those involved in organizing last week’s races. We recognize the hours of work and dedication that it takes to host a multi-day event of this scale. It took more than 50 volunteers, in addition to a coordinated effort from our coaches, to make the day run smoothly.
Whether you were on the course, in the timing hut, keeping spirits up with refreshments, or behind the scenes tallying scores and coordinating logistics, you made an impact. Simply put, it wouldn’t be possible without your help.
We have received positive feedback from families and visiting clubs who were pleased to be able to attend a world class event despite the many challenges the season has presented due to weather conditions. We wanted to be sure you know how much your efforts were appreciated.
Thank you for making our club one of the best.
