Dryland Training Opportunities - Register by Wednesday, September 22nd

First Fall Dryland Opportunity:

Saturday, September 25, 1:00 to 4:00pm at Wentworth

Back by popular demand - dryland training will be available to all U12+ registered WSRC athletes at no additional cost!

This is a great opportunity to get athletes together for FUN dryland work-outs, and for athletes and coaches to reconnect after a summer apart.

We aim to bring a minimum of 12 athletes together (a maximum of 25) the following dates: 

• Saturday Sept 25th

• Saturday Oct 23rd

• Saturday Nov 13th

We are carefully monitoring the changes in provincial COVID-19 protocols.  Parents will be contacted in advance of the training with further details.  If the weather is inclement we may need to cancel. Athletes will need to maintain physical distancing and there will be no sharing of water bottles or snacks. Masks may be required - more details to follow.
