New Opportunities for Snow Time in the New Year and Important Deadlines

Snow is in the air, provincial restrictions have changed in Nova Scotia, and we have great optimism about the upcoming ski season. 

Effective December 21st, sporting organizations will be able to practice. While we will not yet be able to host competitions, our original plan for small groups training together will fit well within the provincial guidelines. 

Our fingers are crossed that our practice camps at Ski Wentworth, scheduled for Dec. 27th - 31st, and Jan 1st - 3rd, will be able to proceed. However, this is weather dependent. If we are unable to proceed with the Dec. 27th practice for any reason, we’ll let registered parents know by Dec. 24th. 

Additional details regarding our COVID-19 protocol will be shared in advance of our practice. In the meantime, you can find Ski Wentworth’s Operational Guidelines here, which we will also need to adhere to. 

New Practice Opportunity!
January - 4th - 8th
With the holiday break extended in Nova Scotia, we are offering an additional practice opportunity for U10, U12 and Senior Team athletes. The registration deadline is December 23rd.

Your Real Ticket to Ski? ACA Forms Must be Completed Before You Arrive
To minimize the exchange of paper, please complete the ACA Membership Form and email a signed version to treasurer@wentworthracing.com.
Please note that athletes will not be able to participate in WSRC practices until this form is completed. 

As a reminder, the first day of the official season is January 9th, 2021. Additional details will be provided closer to the date regarding start times.

If we are lucky enough for races to be able to resume in time, U14+ athletes will be able to participate in:
Feb. 17 & 18 - Training Camp for SL,GS and SG.
Feb. 19 - Super G
Feb. 20 - SL
Feb. 21 - GS
