SAFETY FIRST!!

A reminder to parents that we need at least one parent to be reachable via telephone (at the contact # provided) during the program session in case of emergency.

As a good safety practice, we encourage parents to use a sharpie marker and write the applicable emergency contact phone number for your child on the back of their season’s pass.

THIS WEEKEND

Friday – Sidecut Tuning Session at the Clubhouse 7-9pm. 
All Parents / Coaches and Senior Team Racers are invited.

Program Check-In:  Sign waivers and code of conduct; receive raffle tickets, membership card and club swag. 

Parents please come by the lodge Saturday at 8am -10am.  (Sunday 9-9:30am)

To expedite check-in, print and sign the following documents; we will have hard copies on hand, so no worries if you do not.

Parent Meetings…

U10: 12:30pm Saturday  (Interested U8 parents are welcome to join the U10 meeting)

U12: 1:15pm Saturday (If you missed the November one)

Sunday-Only Athletes; all age groups: 12:30pm Sunday

We will introduce the program, our goals, the racing opportunities, answer any questions. You can meet the Program Coordinator, the Board President and the U10 & U12 Parent Representatives.

Apres Ski Welcome Social at the Wentworth Recreation Hall; 4-6pm; CASH bar (no debit or credit) AND price of admission:  1 appetizer

WSRC jacket collection….we will be picking up WSRC jackets to add a jacket sponsor patch (OK Tire) during the week.  If you have a jacket, please leave it with us at the end of day Sunday.  Please ensure your athlete’s name is clearly marked on it.

NEXT WEEKEND

Sunday is the Slingshot Race for U8-U12 ages. 

All WSRC program registrants are automatically entered in this race. If you are a Saturday athlete and plan to attend, please let your coach know so we know how many we need to accommodate from a coaching perspective.
The race includes a bbq hot dog lunch for competitors so your packed lunch can be a little smaller than usual.
