Winter's Here!!!...kind of, and on that note...FYI - The club’s policy is that if hill is open, WSRC programs run.

1 - THIS WEEKEND – START OF PROGRAMS

1.1 REMINDER OF START TIMES:

• U8‘s & U10’s meet at 9:25am in front of the lodge. Ski 9:30-11:30, have unsupervised lunch from 11:30-12:30, then meet again in front of the lodge at 12:30 and then are picked up at 2:30pm in front of the lodge.
• Our senior team will be at Poley and a number of U12’s as well. 
• U12’s not attending Poley are to meet in the clubhouse at 8:15am. (ski 9:30-11:30, unsupervised lunch from 11:30-12:30, then meet in front of the lodge at 12:30.  Pick-up is at the clubhouse in the 2:30pm-3pm timeframe depending on the day.

2 - NEXT WEEKEND

2.1 - Friday Night – Tuning Session with Side Cut

Pierre Ruel from SIDE CUT Racing will be tuning clinic and sale at the WSRC Shack on Friday JANUARY 17th from 7:00 to 9:00 All Parents / Coaches and Senior Team Racers are invited.
 
2.2 - Saturday and Sunday Morning - Program Check-In

• Please check-in at the main entrance of the lodge between 8:30am – 10:30am.  You will complete the ACA membership form and sign off on the WSRC code of conduct for club records, and receive your membership package (membership card, raffle tickets and club swag).

2.3 Parent Meetings

• We will have U10 & U12 Parent Meetings on Saturday and Sunday, January 18 & 19 in the clubhouse at 12:30pm. (Interested U8 parents are welcome to join U10 meeting)
• We will introduce the program, our goals, the racing opportunities, answer any questions. You can meet the Program Coordinator, the Board President and the U10 & U12 Parent Representatives.

2.4  - Welcome Parent Apres Ski Social (Kids can come too!)

• The third annual “Welcome Parent Apres Ski Social” is on Saturday, January 18, 4-6pm at the Wentworth Valley Recreation Centre for new and returning parents to mix and mingle.
• There will be a CASH bar (no debit or visa accepted) and potluck appetizers.
• This event is open to all members and their families.  (Please note that non-members cannot attend as this is contrary to the terms of our liquor license for this event.)

 
3 - RACING

Registration Deadlines

Crabbe Speedweek, Crabbe Race and Marble Cup Camp and Race Registration is now live.

Registration deadline for Speed Camp is fast approaching; deadline is January 16.
 
Registration deadline for Crabbe Training and Race is the January 23. 
 
Marble Cup registration is also up and costs do not include any potential coaching fees, as sending coaching staff will depend on number of registrants.  Deadline to register is February 14.
