Don’t forget that tomorrow; June 30th is the last day to get your 2019/20 Ski Wentworth Season Passes at the Super Early Bird Rate.
On July 15th, Wentworth Ski Racing Club will open registration for the 2019/20 Season.
The registration process has been revamped to help the club run more efficiently and ultimately serve our members better. Here is a summary of the changes:
1. Registration opens in July instead of October. An announcement that registration is open will be sent via e-mail and be posted on our website. Current planned date: July 15.
2. The first month of registration is open to returning members only.
3. After the first month, registration is open to the public. Current Planned Date: August 15th
4. Programs in each age group are capped based on the anticipated number of coaches and the age group-specific coach to athlete ratios.
5. Once a program is full, a wait-list will be initiated. If there are sufficient numbers on the wait-list and an additional coach can be obtained, wait-listed athletes will be advised that they can register for the program.
6. Program registration and wait lists are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
7. Early bird fees will apply until October 15th.
8. Registration will close on December 1st.
9. The only exception to closed registration is if there is room in any U8 or U10 groups.
10. Registration will continue to be through Goalline with payment via credit card. There will be an option to pay upfront or to pay a deposit and then installments as follows:
10.1 Early bird fee installment option - initial down payment followed by three equal payments on August 1, September 1 and October 1. For registrations after August 1, the down payment and 1st installment are due at registration time and then there are 2 equal payments due.
10.2 Regular fee installment option - initial down payment followed by 5 equal payments on August 1, September 1, October 1, November 1 and December 1. For registrations after August 1, the down payment and 1st installment are due at registration time and then there are 2 equal payments due.
