4 – Bring a Friend Day
Bring a friend day will be held during the Christmas Camp in December. Have friends interested in WSRC, but not sure if they will like it enough? Bring them to this day-long session.
5 - Oops! Atlantic Cup Omissions
Last week we only listed U12 & U14 athletes. Here are the U16 & U18 results as well. Congratulations to all!!
6 - Year End Awards…Nominations and Award Winners….
For those who missed it, we had some athlete awards at the End of Season Social. Coaches nominated an athlete from their age group and then the awards committee selected the winner.
Free Ski Fanatic Award
This athlete can't get enough of the thrill of skiing and can always be found skiing after training. They've explored every bump, jump and run that Wentworth has to offer and because of this will be a better racer!
Nominees: Kate Barett, Avery Daya, Sam Lovett, Griffin Humphrey, Cassidy Cameron, Ryerson Eisener, Ryann Surette and Will Townsend.

Love of the Sport Award
This athlete eats, sleeps and breaths ski racing. They arrive focused, ready to train and are purposeful every single day!
Nominees: Phillipa Stiles, Fletcher Terauds, Colby Englehart, Caroline Hilton, Kai Luther, Grace Hilton, Liley Okaley

Multi Sport Award
Here at WSRC we value multisport athletes and celebrate the commitment these athletes make in all their activities. Being fit and engaged in multiple sports will only make you a better all-round athlete.
Nominees: Colin McKenna, Jessica McKenna, Riley MacAulay, Hallie Shaffner, Annabelle Gillis

Team Spirit Award
This athlete is always there to lend a hand or encourage team mates. We are all better athletes for having this athlete on our team. What a great example!

Control Your Controllables Award
Ski racing is a sport where there are variables out of the athletes control . This athlete's gear is ready, they're dressed appropriately and they're mentally focused at all times. They are a master at "controlling their controllables"
Nominees: Annie Johns, Mattea Bradley, Laura Eisenhauer, Isabelle Rollings, Severn Parsons, Stephen Cramm

“FAN”-atic Award
The U12 coaches have asked to acknowledge this athlete for their support and wealth of knowledge of Team Canada. This athlete is truly a “FAN”atic!

Most Improved Awards
These athletes have worked hard all season and their hard work and effort has really paid off, improving their skills immensely.
