Greetings!
WSRC is very proud of the legacy of the Roland Brunner race as a signature race event of the season in Atlantic Canada and traditionally a very well run event; whcih is no mean feat when relying exclusively on volunteers to accomplish this.
To maintain this legacy, your club needs you (!) We are in reasonably good shape for the food - just a few signups remaining per below. For running the race, we are in some dire need of help....see below:
Outstanding Food signups:
Running the Race; thank you to everyone who has already signed up but we still need volunteers....of significance are the following vacancies....
Course Crew: we need 4 Fri / 6 Sat / 6 Sun
(Chief of Race, Murray Pridham advises that given the weather forecast, sufficient course crew will be essential to Saturday's Slalom event)
Gate Keepers: We have an all time record low of 0 of 6 gate keepers signed up for each day. Chief of Gates, Mark Oakley needs you!! Last year for Super G on Firday we had 8 gate judges which was very tight.
