Hello All!  The Christmas Camp is in full swing and we look forward to the regular programs starting after New Year’s.  Here is the first of regular newsletters to keep you aware of what to expect each weekend and any deadlines or events.

Registration for Ad hoc Friday training U12+  for the season is now open.

Intro to Race U14 & U16:  Last call for interested new-to-WSRC athletes in this age category.  Please checkout the program description on website: 

Friday Night Lights:  Parent program is open for registration:  6-8:30pm, 3 Friday options:  Jan 25, Feb 22 and March 29.  $25 per session, includes refreshment at Ducky’s.

Weekend 1:  Jan 4, 5 & 6

Season Check-in:  Parents are requested to complete check-in between 8 & 12 on Saturday morning.  Sunday-only athletes can check-in between 8 & 10am on Sunday.  The check-in desk will be located in the lodge.

Grand Opening Ceremony of Clubhouse:  To celebrate the establishment of a brand new Clubhouse.  All Welcome!  2:45pm, Saturday, January 5^th 2019 at the Clubhouse

Parent Welcome Social Apres Ski Event:  This is a parent meet & greet to kick-off the season.  New members are encouraged to attend.  4-6pm, Saturday, January 5^th, 2019 at the Wentworth Home of Erika Jones & Brad Englehart, 103 Barclay Road.  (directions:  http://wentworthracing.goalline.ca/news_images/org_3755/files/directions_to_apres_ski_social.pdf)
