Hope everyone is surviving their first weekend of no skiing....this is the last newsletter until the Fall. Here is a summary of what you need to know for the off-season.

2 - Save the date!!
Sunday April 22nd - WSRC Day at Compass Distillers at 2533 Agricola Street - Stop in for a cocktail, a bite or to pick up some spirits for home. Check them out at https://www.compassdistillers.ca/
Tuesday June 12th - WSRC AGM; 5:30pm-8:30pm. All welcome.

4 - Off-season activities…
Mental training sessions U12+, details to follow
Summer Dryland - we’d like to gage interest levels in user pay dryland training in Halifax over the summer. Please e-mail coaching@wentworthracing.com if you are interested.
Things to watch for in the Fall:
- 2018/19 Season Registration Opens 2018.10.15
- Fall Dryland training in WW, open to U12+ athletes
- Race Club Swap Night - Typically in October
- Aerobics First Race Night & Cleve’s Race Night
- Back by Popular Demand - WRSC Parent Wine Tasting Night - November 3
- Bishop’s Cellar Wine Case Sales: Nov 5-11
- CAMP ONE 7 DAYS - DEC 3 to 9th on snow (arrive Dec 2nd)
- CAMP TWO 10 DAYS - DEC 11th to 20th on snow (arrive on Dec 10th)
- Fees for these Camps will remain the same as in 2017
- Please provide expression of interest by end of May.
8 - If your athletes have outgrown any of their gear or are in need of replacement gear, don’t forget our Buy/Sell page on the Website. If you have anything to post, please e-mail WSRC parent Michelle Young at michelle.k.young2007@gmail.com
7 - There will be a Level 3 Officials Course hosted by Claude Marquis in Halifax on May 4th-6th 2018 at Sport Nova Scotia, 5516 Spring Garden Road, Halifax. Level 3 Recertification: Saturday only.
Cost: $0.00
Prerequisites: Level 2 Official and experience with a number of 'Chief' positions on the race course.
