1 – It is hard to believe that we have 2 weekends remaining in our regular programming and the season is coming to a close. This weekend we return to regular programs after the conclusion of our March Break Camp 2.
2 – Photo of the Week Winner last week was Adam Clarke, a U14 athlete, who entered his photo taken of a WSRC athlete at the school provincial races on March 7th. Check out our home page to see how the Intermediate Boys keep themselves amused while waiting to start.
3 - Congratulations to the following WSRC U16 athletes who have qualified for the U16 Eastern Canadian Championships at Mont Tremblant, Quebec on April 2nd-5th, 2018: Jess Harmon, Belle Henderson, Grant Keefe, Callum Myers, Emily Todd,
3 – Next Weekend is our Final Weekend of the Season & it is jam-packed:
5 - WSRC Closing Banquet –Après Ski -- All Skiers and Families Welcome!!
Mark your Calendar – March 24th!
The Club will be holding it’s End of Season Après-Ski Banquet Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 4-6 pm at the Wentworth Rec. Centre (13752 Hwy 4 – about 4km past ski hill).
Athletes and families come and enjoy fun awards, slide show and lots of après ski munchies. Please send 3-4 of your favorite pictures from the season to help our slide show coordinator Jeff Cooke at jeff@cookedphotograhpy.com.
The cover charge is 1 appetizer per family!! No chips or party-mix please – that will be provided. Cash bar only for kids drinks and alcoholic beverages.
6 - Raffle Ticket Reminder: Don’t forget to deposit your raffle ticket sin the mailbox by the notice board before the closing banquet on March 24th.

- Friday - U12 & U14 Byrne Memorial Cup Race in Wentworth.
- Saturday - Club Championship Races open to all WSRC athletes. No registration is required. Sunday-only athletes are welcome to attend.
- Saturday - 4-6pm is our End of Year Social, see below for details. Awards for Club Championships, 12-hours of Wentworth, and Martock Race will be given out as well as end of year awards.
- Sunday - U8 & U10 End of Season Fun Day! Speed gun trials, relay races and scavenger hunt are some of the activities.
