Newsletter #2 - Update - This Weekend

As an update to Newsletter #2 sent on Monday outlining the events for this weekend; it is looking highly likely that the Hill will not be open tomorrow.

Therefore we are sadly postponing the Parent-Coach Apres Ski Social until we can work out a suitable weekend (the next two are too busy!).

The tuning clinic tonight from 7-9pm is proceeding.

We will have the U8 & U10 parent meeting on Sunday from 12:30pm-1:30pm as planned.

The Brunner volunteer meeting is postponed until Sunday at 1:30pm in the Port Greville Room.

We will accept coffee orders and hand out raffle tickets 11:30-12:30pm Sunday at a table at the front entrance of the lodge.

Other notes:

• Reminder deadline to register for Poley Race next weekend is Monday.  It is for U10 and up.
• Deadline to register for Crabbe speed camp for U14+ is also Monday.
• Hopping Penguins January 27th dance tickets can be bought at the lift office for $15 each.  We are looking for this to be our largest fundraising event of the year.  Bring your friends!
