2 - Movers & Shakers:
  • Congratulations to Lucas Byrne who leaves this week headed to Whistler (!!) for a fantastic opportunity to be Assistant Head FIS coach.  We wish him all the best in his new endeavor and while we are all jealous of him we are also very proud that a WSRC Alumnus is joining one of the most prestigious ski racing organizations in the country.
  • While the new board is busy planning the upcoming season, we wanted to thank the outgoing board members who donated their time and effort to support the club and its membership.  Thank you very much for all that you do!
    • Patrick Keefe, out-going VP, who spearheaded specific projects such as the parent handbook.
    • Dave Todd, outgoing U12/U14 Parent rep who after many years on the Board graciously offered to make way for fresh members and can now focus on his role as President of SkiNS.
    • Kristy Hardy, outgoing Communications Director, who also served for many years and can focus on her burgeoning small business.
    • Christine MacNeil & Brad Hatfield, outgoing Secretary and Member-at-large who were newer to the board and have agreed to be Parent Reps in our new club management structure.
