Newsletter # 14 - March 31, 2017

 1 -– Thank you to everyone who helped out last weekend with the club race, the year end social event, and the U10/U12 Fun Day.  It truly takes an army to run a great ski race club.

 

2 – In case you missed the raffle draw last Saturday evening, the winners were 1^st prize:  Ryan Grant, 2^nd prize:  Peter Hoyle and 3^rd prize:  Dan Mercier.

 

3  – Training is available this weekend for U12 & Up – register on the website.  Also, we are looking fro a few hands to help take down Bnetting on Sunday at 2:30pm.

 

4  – Reminder Amqui registration deadline is Saturday, April 1^st.

 

5 – Our member survey is currently on line at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/8TK8YZX  Please take a moment to complete this survey to provide your valuable feedback on the club and the program.

 

6 – Save the date!  Thursday June 15^th is our AGM and strategic planning session to be held in the evening in Burnside.  More information to follow.

 

7 – There are some infrastructure projects planned at Wentworth over the offseason to help improve club operations.  These will rely predominantly on donated material and labour.  Both skilled and unskilled labour will be required.  If you are interested in helping, please contact Dean at stienburg@bellaliant.net

8 - This is the last regular newsletter for the 2017 ski season.  It has been our complete pleasure to bring this new format of regular communication to the club membership.  We sincerely hope it has enhanced your overall experience and season.  We look forward to continuing to improve upon this next year.
