Thanks to all for running a great event today for the Scarvelli Cup & Byrne Memorial Cup (U12 & U14 race).
Regular programs will run this weekend. For U12 and up March 11 is Slalom and March 12 is GS.
12 Hours of Wentworth Skiathon Saturday:
- Check-in with pledge sheets between 8am and 9:30am
- Anyone who raises $100+ will receive a WSRC buff at the March 25th end of season event.
- Prizes for top 3 fundraisers, to be awarded at March 25th end of season event.
- Some coaches will ski past regular times, but parents are also encouraged to participate and ski with their athletes after programs end.
WSRC’s 2017 Great Chili Cook-off:
- Chili available from 2-6:30pm Saturday; or when supplies run out.
- There are 5 contestants vying for the golden ladle trophy,
- Come and eat and cast your vote.
- Awards from the U10 & U12 Martock Race will be awarded at the end of the Chili cook-off.
- Our clothing supplier provided 12 of the unavailable toques. We have drawn names from the folks who ordered toques and here are the “winners”. These will be handed out at the chili cook-off. Everyone else will receive a refund.
