Ad-Hoc training opportunities can be Thursdays and/or Fridays and are on a pay as you go basis.

The fee for WSRC athletes is $60.00/day. If U8 is able to be offered fee is $75.00/day. Minimum of six athletes registered for U10 / U12 OR U14/U16 to make an Ad-Hoc Training day Fly.

Athletes must be registered by Tuesday for Thursday training and Wednesday for Friday training. Registration links will be sent out to members. 

Each week training oppurtunties will change based on coaching staff available. 

Friday, January 3 - U12 and Senior Team training available.
